    any suggestion about how to get rid of it?

    Im trying leaving some table salt on the blisters to see if water comes out (by hosmosis)

    This is caused by pressure inside the board forcing the paint off, if you open the vent valve when board is stored it will help prevent this issue. When a board is made it is often still porous until painted, as paint ages or is not well applied it is more likely to blow off. The only way to correct this is to respray the board so probably best to live with it. Keep the board out of the sun, dark colours are worst.
