Their plan is to sail BOL (Back of Lightbhouse) today (Monday). It needs a SW / WSW to work and a swell over 4m.

Apparently a 5m swell is solid mast high. They have a 9m swell forecast for today and 40 knots from the SW. This is going to be pretty epic!

Jamaer, Traversa, Bruch and Brawzhinho go through to the final mission. Surprisingly Fernandez didn't make it.

Sounds like it was fantastic action today with side-off 40knts and waves up to 2x mast. Can't wait to see the footage.

Looks wild in the pics on the sea breeze forum.

The RedBull site itself has mostly mugshots – as if they had no long lens photographer there.

I guess we'll have to wait for video footage.

According to the seabreeze forum thread there was an RBSC crew of 50. I'm sure some of them were camera men with long lenses and we'll get some great pics and videos. For now I expect they are holding back so they can release them to their best commercial advantage. e.g. to mainstream media first.

Having said that, it looks like the sailing was a long way out so shore based photography might have been difficult. Hopefully they had cmaeras on the water and in the air like they did in Ireland...
