[QUOTE=jwlbrace;933454]I usually only sail there on a flood tide and always pack a phone and a tenner in an aquapac... the phone to call the Mrs to go and get the car from Daymer, the tenner to be fleeced by Rick Stein for fish n' chips in Padstow.
Boardwise have one of those trolleys in their shop... give Doug a call.
You get away lightly with a tenner. I left my wife on the beach on safety duty (with the phone and strict instructions to call for help if I was swept beyond Stepper Point) cost me a slap up meal at Rojanos in Padstow (highly recommended by the way).

Rio on Daymer... why not? I sail my Rio around the confines of an America's Cup marina, never let anyone tell you they aren't a versatile bit of kit!
I'm off to Daymer for a week at Easter, we're booked into the St Moritz so I'll hold back on slap-up meals as it's costing a small fortune, besides both Rick and Jamie (15 in NQuay) have a very antiquated policy towards the little people my wife and I take around with us.
If I get some good sailing in, then no doubt the euphoria will extend to one of those giant burgers from The Blue Tomato in Rock... if you can navigate your way through the streams of teenage public school girls queuing to get into the Jack Wills store that is.Jimbo
