Work in a hire center

Hi,
I would like to receive advice on the best hire centers to work at (Canaries, Greece). My ambition is to become a windsurfing instructor. Any thoughts and experiences are appreciated.

From the experience with our kids, two of whom have worked and instructed at various spots abroad, I'd advise you to get an instructor ticket here first. Makes you much more employable. An alternative is to work for one of the larger outfits like Sunsail or Neilson as beach staff and work your way up - you'll be working with a lot of like minded people which makes it a fun experience.
