you can use a different size mast ie on the 5.7 which calls for a 400/430 combo
You can use the 5.7 on the straight 430, but the factory set calibrated downhaul gauge will not be correct. This is not a problem though, because the gauge is movable, so you can set it for the 430. The rigging guide includes a visual rigging method that is also fairly accurate. Once you know your downhaul setting, you would just move the gauge to line up with the bottom of the mast.its not the Arrow

My mistake I meant a 430/400 combo which measured was too long. I worked out it was 10cm longer so moved the calibration pointer accordingly.
