    Default Push loop questions

When I've attempted back loops when well powered up, I've quite often got what feels like a really fast rotation ending up with me landing very flat and being completely overpowered by the sail on landing. Anyway the speed of rotation feels like pushloop territory, so I'm trying clarify the move in my head.

I was watching that Jesse Brown youtube tutorial, and he says that you actually backwind the sail the sail in order to rotate. But in all the other stuff I've read, no one else seems to mention this. Do you backwind the sail??

Do you take off slightly downwind or upwind or what? I'll be sailing at camber so it'll be cross on.

This is quite a good series of pictures if you have not seen them before.
